Tasting Contest

The Tasting Competition is only for products which have Russian Ministry of Agriculture certificates of Quality.

Tasting Competition takes place on 14th September 2010.

Location: Pavilion 1 under the balcony

Competition Categories are listed as below:

• Confectionery
• Oils and fats
• Dairy products
• Meat products
• Fish and seafood
• Tea, coffee, food concentrates
• Wine, liquor, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
• Canned fruits & vegetables, honey, nuts, seeds
• Bakery, pasta and cereals

Participants  will be requested to bring all certificates in Russian (the certificate of quality, nominative-technical documents by organoleptic property).

The tasting awarding ceremony will take place on 18th September 2010, at 14:00, in Expocentre.
