For the first time this autumn World Food Moscow reveals its “Cuisine”!

In a special presentation area in the exhibition pavilion a chef and his team will prepare baked seafood and vegetables in olive oil, pasta and cheese, roasted meat, baked bread and many other interesting and tasty dishes.

We are pleased to be able to offer you an additional opportunity to draw people’s attention to your company’s products by participating in “Cuisine”, the gastronomic show at World Food Moscow 2009.

Exhibition visitors - representatives of the catering, wholesale and retail trades – will be able to try your product for themselves.  Plus, all participants in “Cuisine” can enter the People’s Choice competition, where visitors vote for their favourite product. 

The Cuisine show will be held on the following days:

Tuesday 15 September 13.00 – 17.00
Wednesday 16 September 11.00 – 17.00
Thursday 17 September 11.00 – 17.00
Friday 18 September 11.00 – 14.00

The daily programme will include:

• 3-5 company and product presentations
• 3 thematic master classes: Appetisers, Main Courses and Desserts consisting of 3-5 recipes

Ways for your company to participate:

Presentation (from 30 to 60 minutes):

• Product demonstration
• Presentation of the advantages and features of your product
• Preparation of a dish made using your product by a chef from your company

Use of products in master classes:

• Use of your product in preparing dishes in a master class
• An announcement about your company’s product and its main qualities during the preparation of the dish

All participants in the Cuisine show receive:  

• A certificate of participation in the gastronomic show “World Food Cuisine 2009”
• The opportunity to display POS advertising during the presentation or use of your company’s product in a master class
• The opportunity to place company advertising materials on special stands in the show zone.
