All of refined sugar

World sugar prices may soon break the 29-year-old record for the "high jump". Over the past two months on the New York Stock Exchange, they rose to third. But despite the fact that RussiaЃfs market is 40 percent dependent on the crop of the tropical cane on our shelves that sugar surge almost no impact.

"The small rise in prices in the domestic market is possible, — the chairman of the Board Soyuzrossahara Andrew Bodine. — We are still on import". But, first, increase the value of the world will end. And, secondly, available in Russia stocks beet and cane sugar would be enough to provide them with the country until early June.

In general, RussiaЃfs need is estimated at 5.3 million tons of sugar. We provide a little more than half. This year, plans to collect about 4 million tons of crude. Last year, the Ministry of Agriculture adopted a field program "Development of beet-sugar Russia for 2010-2012ЃЌ. It was decided to build several new factories to increase production of beet sugar to 4.32 million tons, and expand the area under sugar beet by 20 per cent.

Now sugar is the leader of a rise in price among the products in retail outlets. Only in January it rose in price by 8 percent. They said the growth of wholesale prices in December and mid January. And compared to last year, its value in retail increased by more than 38 percent. "Wholesale prices of sugar after such growth to slide down from 19 January to this day — explains Eugene Ivanov — but retailers still had not noticed". Expert explains the significant rise in consumer prices rise worldwide and the devaluation of the ruble.

"During the year, sugar more than once will decrease and increase in value — predicts Yevgeny Ivanov. — But retailers will smooth out these fluctuations".
