Exhibitors are advised that BTG Expo has sole rights to on-site handling, regardless of the exhibitor’s transport agent.

Important Instructions and deadlines for sending your products to the show: Please note that Russia has a strict custom regulations on all food products and beverages both for the country and the exhibition center.
Your pro?forma invoice in Excel format with the final information of your goods should be e?mailed to BTG Expo by 2nd AUGUST 2010 at the latest in order for them to check the invoices and to have enough time to apply to the authorities for the required documents. All food products and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) are subject to certification and sanitary epidemiological export examination and control in order to be imported from abroad and to be released by customs to free circulation in Russia.
